Jennifer Skidmore is the owner of Peace of Mind Legal Documents, LLC. She was first certified as a Legal Document Preparer in 2007 and Estate Planning has been her specialty for more than 20 years. She is a Certified Legal Document Preparer in Arizona and a Certified Legal Document Assistant in California. She is an Arizona Notary Public and is also a licensed Life Insurance professional in multiple states.

Jenny grew up in Illinois and graduated Summa Cum Laude from McDaniel College. She has lived in Arizona for the past 25 years and is the proud mom of three children. She enjoys traveling, snow skiing and is an accomplished oil painter.

I understand that our lives are so very busy, with work and family obligations allowing little time for lengthy meetings. I am happy to begin the estate planning process by phone or email. We can meet in person eventually so that I can notarize the documents for you. If that’s not feasible due to distance, we can complete the entire process by mail/UPS and you can have the documents notarized in your local area.

I meet with lots of people that don’t know much about estate planning and it’s not something most people enjoy thinking about. And that’s okay because that’s MY job. I am happy to explain the various estate planning options available so that you can make educated choices for your family.
